Tralee Triathlon Club Lecture Series – Lecture 2 – Sports Nutrition

Sólás Building, IT Tralee – 20th February @ 8:00pm

Operation Transformation’s in-house dietician Aoife Hearne comes to town this February in conjunction with Tralee Triathlon Club!

For the first time, Tralee Triathlon Club are teaming up with Aoife to give a talk on all things nutrition with the athlete in mind.

This talk is open to all members of the public on Thursday the 20th of February at the Solus Building, IT Tralee at 8pm.

Aoife’s personal experience in athletics gives her a unique understanding of athletes, the pressures of training at a high level and an appreciation of the importance of an appropriate diet in assisting peak performance..

Tralee Triathlon Club has over 100 members and is continuing to expand as the sport increase in popularity. This is just one of a number of talks the club has lined up for the coming season. The club believes that sports nutrition will help to get the most from your training. This in turn will allow you to train harder for longer, stay well, stay more focused and help in the prevention of over training and overuse injuries.

So why not start Spring with a talk on sports nutrition this February and join Tralee Triathlon Club for an evening that will teach you how to become more nutritionally aware.
