Bike Maintenance Workshop On Sunday afternoon we gathered at the band hall in Garvery’s carpark for a workshop on bike maintenance givenby Dick McElligot of Kingdom CC. Our first phase of the Strength & Conditioning classes with Joe O’Connor and his team at Nisus Fitness is now nearly complete.  I’m sure that we all want to give a big thanks to Joe for introducing us to the “Prowler”. Brick Session

What a Difference a Day Makes! I think a lot of people went to bed last night dreading the thought of heading out on another day like Saturday. Sunday Morning Brick

What did you do this morning? Well done to everyone for turning out for the brick session this morning. It was looking hairy to start with. A deluge of rain up until 10am and then thankfully a break in the weather just in time for the cycle out to An Riocht, Castleisland. Our luck held out for Milosz’s coached running session.
