Brick Session
What a Difference a Day Makes!
I think a lot of people went to bed last night dreading the thought of heading out on another day like Saturday. Driving hailstone and gale force winds were in short supply this morning which made for a pleasant change 🙂
We were paired up for the spin out to Castleisland alternatively taking turns in the lead position and then drafting in order to maintain a steady quick pace. Milosz was there with us to offer some handy tips and give encouragement.
As you can see from the photos we had perfect conditions for the track session. After 30 minutes of running drills we were split into groups to run 8 laps at a pace according to our abilities set by Milosz. All in all a great morning out!
