We will introduce you to the sport of Triathlon, what we are about as a club and tell you why you should join up.
In the last number of years there has been a strong focus on growing the club, getting new members in and promoting the sport of Triathlon in Tralee and surrounding areas.
Some of our current members will give presentations on their Triathlon Season, ranging from beginners who completed their first Sprint Triathlon to those who competed in the Ironman Dublin 70.3 race and full Iron Distance races.
We have classes starting next week, and you can sign up for these now to get a taste of what our club is all about.
We have a ‘Get Lean for Christmas Challenge’ which will run with our next 12 week block of Strength and Conditioning classes. You can read about it in more detail HERE and you can sign up HERE.
We also have swimming lessons starting shortly . These are for intermediate/advanced swimmers. (You need to be able to swim lengths).
These swimming lessons will run as a 10 week block.
You can sign up for Friday morning lessons here
You can sign up for Friday evening lessons here
We have exciting plans for the year, so come along to the open night or to the sessions above to find out all about our great club!
