Well after a little break in 2015, our club triathlon, ‘Landers Sponsors Tri Kingdom Come 2016’, hosted by Tralee Triathlon Club, will be back in 2016 and the date has been confirmed!
Thank you to our race sponsor Landers Outdoor World for their continued support of the event.
We are also delighted to announce the Fenit RNLI Lifeboat station as our charity partners this year and we look forward to working with them to raise funds for this fantastic cause.
The Sprint and Try-a-Try Triathlons will be held in Fenit on Saturday, 30th July.
The Sprint comprises of a 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run, all taking place along the stunning Wild Atlantic Way. This is a nice flat course and perfect for athletes trying to better their times or beginners looking for an easy course for their first triathlon!
The Try a Tri distance will be a 250m swim, 8km cycle and a 2.5km run.
Check out our footage shot this summer of the swim/bike and run routes:
Start time is estimated to be 10:30am and the tide will be with the swimmers for the whole 750m swim ensuring a great time.
Race briefings will be sent out to all registered competitors closer to the date.
Tralee Triathlon club and Fenit Development Association are looking forward to welcoming you to one of Ireland’s most scenic Triathlons this August bank holiday weekend.
