Description
Junior sea swimming during July and August 2026, weather permitting.
Commencing Tuesday, July 7th at 19h:00.
Session will cater for both Dolphins (Intermediate/Advanced Group) and Seals (Beginners/Shoreline Group)
Dolphins
- Must be able to swim out of your depth
- Must be able to swim 100m (4 lengths of pool) continuously
Seals
- Swim along the shore within your depth
